Retry a webhook log
POST/v1/organization/webhook/:webhookId/webhook-log/:webhookLogId/retry
Replay preserves the recorded body, timestamps, expiry and delivery ID, and uses the current endpoint/authentication and a fresh signature. Validation retry uses a new token and can verify/reactivate the webhook. Live delivery has no general automatic retry guarantee.

Retry attempted. success reports whether the destination accepted the delivery; a failed delivery still creates newLogId.
CANNOT_RETRY_SUCCESSFUL_WEBHOOK_LOG, WEBHOOK_LOG_ALREADY_RETRIED, WEBHOOK_LOG_PAYLOAD_UNAVAILABLE, or WEBHOOK_DELIVERY_NOT_STARTED.

Application, webhook, or log not found or does not match the API key
A retry of this log is already in progress (WEBHOOK_LOG_RETRY_IN_PROGRESS).
