ChannelAiConfig
Controls Agent message webhook delivery. none and always_webhook both deliver subscribed conversation events. With summary_on_transfer, message and message_status events are emitted only for messages created at or after the session transfer; events for earlier messages remain suppressed even when their provider status arrives after transfer. The Agent's transfer-notice message and all of its status updates are always suppressed in this mode, independently of timestamps. With summary_on_transfer, the Agent transfer-notice message and its status events remain suppressed permanently. Operational events such as end_chat use their own subscription and are distinct from conversation messages.

inactivity objectrequired
Customer-selected offsets in whole minutes from the latest visitor message. The shared channel workspace is required when either action is enabled. Both offsets use the same latest visitor message; when both actions are enabled, the configured closure offset must be at least one minute greater than the follow-up offset. Scheduling also requires Agent enabled and an active session. awaiting_human/transferred sessions are ineligible. Only a new visitor inbound restarts the clock; reactions, read controls and outbound messages do not. After enabling or resetting, the next inbound starts the clock.
