MsgVariantAudio

audioUrl requests the channel's native audio presentation; use documentUrl to deliver audio bytes as a generic file. Telegram normalizes supported audio input to Ogg/Opus and sends a native voice message. WebM audio is converted to AAC/M4A for normal WhatsApp audio, Instagram, Messenger and Twilio MMS; Web Chatt retains WebM. WhatsApp voice=true normalizes supported audio input to Ogg/Opus. Converted MMS audio is limited to 500 KiB.

voiceboolean

WhatsApp-only presentation hint. When true, send as a voice note (PTT) after Ogg/Opus normalization. When false or omitted, send as normal WhatsApp audio. Telegram audioUrl is always native voice regardless of this property.

textstring

Optional companion text. Telegram delivers it as a native voice-message caption. WhatsApp audio (including voice=true) has no caption; Web Chatt does not display audio captions; Instagram and Messenger discard companion text. Send a separate text message on those channels. Twilio MMS can carry text alongside audio subject to carrier support.
