MsgVariantSticker

Sticker representation is channel-specific. WhatsApp accepts GIF, JPEG, PNG or WebP input and normalizes it to exact 512x512 WebP (100 KiB static or 500 KiB animated). Telegram preserves native WebP, WebM or TGS stickers. Instagram accepts a platform sticker identifier such as like_heart, not an HTTP URL. Messenger and SMS reject stickerUrl with CHANNEL_MEDIA_NOT_SUPPORTED; send the visual through imageUrl instead. Web Chatt preserves browser-compatible sticker media.
