Strings are trimmed. timezone must be nonempty and at most 100 characters. Times must use HH:mm and endTime must be later than startTime on the same day; overnight intervals are rejected. When enabled, closed-hours notices say the support team is currently unavailable and give the next configured opening in natural localized language, without distinguishing AI-only or human support. The bot does not invent a return time and does not repeat the notice unless the visitor asks about availability. Empty schedules impose no opening-hour restriction.
