Management endpoints use application API keys (x-api-key). Public Calendar
operations explicitly declare anonymous access (security: []). Private Hub
configuration and OAuth controls are excluded from this specification. Outbound
media normalization can return 502 MEDIA_CONVERSION_FAILED, 422
MEDIA_CONVERSION_OUTPUT_INVALID, or 503 MEDIA_CONVERSION_UNAVAILABLE;
unsupported native media semantics return 400
CHANNEL_MEDIA_NOT_SUPPORTED; no provider submission occurs after these
failures. Comtele media returns 400 SMS_MEDIA_NOT_SUPPORTED. Conversion
preserves channel byte limits.
