Endpoints that accept authentication via application API key (x-api-key).
This specification documents only that method for calling the API. Outbound
media normalization can return 502 MEDIA_CONVERSION_FAILED, 422
MEDIA_CONVERSION_OUTPUT_INVALID, or 503 MEDIA_CONVERSION_UNAVAILABLE; no
provider submission occurs after these failures. Comtele media returns 400
SMS_MEDIA_NOT_SUPPORTED. Conversion preserves channel byte limits.
