List ignored contacts on one application channel
GET/v1/communication/channel/:applicationChannelId/ignored-contacts
Only contacts on a channel owned by the authenticated application or organization are returned. The search is a literal, case-insensitive substring of identifier or note. Results are ordered by creation date and ID, descending.
