AgentWorkspace

Bot-generated list choices use short titles of at most 24 characters. A list with an oversized title may be delivered as numbered text, preserving the complete choice titles and descriptions. The numbered message must fit within 4096 UTF-16 units; larger fallback messages are rejected before delivery. This behavior does not change the input validation of the public send-message APIs.
