Shared interactive shape. WhatsApp session messages require an active 24-hour customer-service window and use one interactive type at a time. Provider limits are 1-3 reply buttons (titles: 20 characters; IDs: 256), one CTA URL button (display_text: 20 characters), or one list-opening button (20 characters) with 1-10 sections and 1-10 rows total across all sections (section/row titles: 24 characters; row descriptions: 72; row IDs: 200). Reply buttons cannot be mixed with a URL CTA in the same ordinary message. These provider limits are separate from Hub's shared nested-array validation ceiling of 100 entries and do not describe other channels' limits. voice_call and carousel are not accepted interactive types in this Hub contract. Approved template messages have separate button limits, even when sent inside the service window.
