CX Score

CX Score evaluates a closed or expired conversation and returns a structured assessment of customer experience. It considers text, available audio transcriptions, and correlated reactions. The output is an AI assessment for review; it should not be treated as a customer survey or a verified outcome.

Call it with an application API key for a session owned by that application:

curl -X POST 'https://app.chatt2.me/v1/agent/sessions/SESSION_UUID/cx-score' \
-H 'x-api-key: YOUR_APPLICATION_API_KEY'

A 200 response always includes sessionId, eligible, ineligibleReason, score, sentiment, resolved, serviceQuality, and generatedAt. For an eligible conversation, score and serviceQuality are integers from 1 to 5. sentiment is positive, neutral, negative, or mixed; resolved is yes, partial, no, or unknown.

If there is not enough usable conversation or it is off topic, the response still uses 200: eligible is false, ineligibleReason is not_enough_messages or off_topic, and the ratings are null. Handle this as a valid result, rather than a failed request.

StatusMeaning
404Session does not exist for this application.
409Session is still open (SESSION_NOT_CLOSED).
422Conversation context is too large (CX_SCORE_CONTEXT_TOO_LARGE).
429Rate limit reached; respect the Retry-After header when present.
502/503/504Generation failed, Agent service is unavailable, or the request timed out.

Repeated calls can recalculate the assessment and return different results. Successful assessment, including an ineligible result, uses AiChat once per session across Agent, Session Assist, and CX Score; an already charged session does not create another AiChat debit.
